Onomatopoeia is a risky business.

Sidenote: When I was a high school freshman in '74, my English teacher spoke fondly of the Adam West Batman. I told him I thought the show was ridiculous. He explained that it was meant to be. It was a parody.
And in an instant I became a fan of the show, while gaining a key insight: as a kid watching tv, I wasn't especially bright.
